Monday - Chrishall Village Hall 

9.30am: Level 1 and 2 Pilates
10.35am: Level 2/3 Pilates

Tuesday – Small Groups, Privates 

Cambridge, Royston, Saffron Walden and surrounding village

Small groups and privates all day 

8pm: Zoom Pilates

Wednesday – Duxford Community Centre AM &  Barley Town House PM

9.30am: Level 1/2 Pilates - Duxford Community Centre

10.35am: Level 2/3 Pilates - Duxford Community Centre

5.45pm: Level 1 Pilates - Barley Town House
6.45pm: Level 2 Pilates - Barley Town House
8pm: Level 2/3 Pilates - Barley Town House

Thursday – Thriplow Village Hall & Privates

9.10am: HIPP (50 mins heart pumping workout!  Think a series of squats, planks, lunges with perfect form!)
 

Friday – Privates


Saturday - ZOOM
8am: HIPP on Zoom

Privates & Small Groups

Tailor made private/small group sessions available at your house or mine. 

 

At my home studio, they will include work on the reformer, spine corrector, Pilates chair and other studio equipment - combining these pulls together a full body workout - activating muscles that rarely get a look in and challenging you in new ways!
